At The Kinkery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for most unused and unopened items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring that all tags and protective seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
